I was born and brought up in Hong Kong; I was educated in Perth, Western Australia and in Italy and France. Now in my fifties, I have been married to Victor since 1979, have a son, Paul and two cats, Charlie and Sophie. We live in Monmouthshire, which is the area that forms a border between England and the rest of Wales. I work as a languages teacher (Spanish, English language and French) and, in my 'spare' time, I am writing a novel.
